Starting from writing the Business Case, building an Agile team (consisting of Integration Architect, Senior Business Analyst, Infrastructure Engineer, Integration Engineer, Developers, Test Analyst, Application Support Manager and End Users), spearheaded the complex implementation of an Integration Engine upgrade across 5 districts; managed 40+ stakeholders including 3 vendors to complete within accelerated timelines and 45% under budget.

Built an Agile team consisting of internal resources to manage and achieve Microsoft Specialist Solutions Partner status, enabling $1+ million additional annual revenue.

​Led 3 teams of 17 members simultaneously consisting of internal and external resources to deliver 2 internal application upgrades and 4 web and mobile client projects, utilising both Scrum and Kanban Agile Jira boards to achieve successful outcomes.

Recovered 10+ critical infrastructure and application systems post cyber-attack while ensuring security of patient data.

Managed urgent COVID response initiatives, developing applications to automate data integration across Ministry of Health, District Health Boards, and General Practitioners. 4 teams consisting of technical and operational resources worked in tandem on an Agile Kanban board built using Microsoft Teams Planner.

Built and led multiple Agile teams to successfully implement various custom-built web and mobile app solutions to manage Supply Chain and Logistics portfolios.  Most projects involved business process transformation as the ground staff switched from using paper to mobile apps, resulting in improved staff safety.  Introduction of latest technology throughout the organisation also resulted in increased throughput, allowing increased sales.
